Both teams displayed impressive football and created several scoring opportunities but failed to execute.
Labasa came close through Melvin Mani, whose powerful shot rattled the crossbar while striker Christopher Wasasala also missed a golden chance with only the goalkeeper to beat.
Navua also created numerous opportunities, but their forwards were unable to score.
Defenders from both sides worked tirelessly to keep clean sheets in a tightly contested encounter.
Labasa coach Alvin Chand says tomorrow's match against Rewa is crucial for his side, with a win securing them a place in the semi-finals.
He says the midfields created plenty of chances, but the strikers could not finish.
Navua coach Roderick Singh shared the same sentiments, acknowledging his team's performance, however, he was disappointed that they failed to capitalize on their opportunities.
He says the outcome of their match against Suva tomorrow will decide if Navua moves forward.
Kumar adds the team will return to camp and work on strategies ahead of the crucial encounter.
In other results, Lautoka defeated Ba 2-0, Nadroga thrashed Nasinu 4-0, while Rewa drew 1-1 with Suva.
In tomorrow’s matches, Nasinu will face Ba at 11am, followed by Navua taking on Suva at 1pm.
Labasa will clash with Rewa at 3pm, while Nadroga and Lautoka will close out the action with the tournament’s final pool match at 5pm.
