Drua must represent the Brand with pride - Jackson

Swire Shipping Fijian Drua head coach Glen Jackson has urged his players to represent the Drua brand with pride and enjoy themselves on the field for the full 80 minutes.

Speaking from Nadi today, Jackson says the squad understands how important the match against the Hurricanes is and will be playing for their families and supporters as they chase their first win of the season.

He revealed that after their previous match, he spoke with players from the New South Wales Waratahs, who admitted they were close to breaking at halftime.

However, the Waratahs’ bench proved decisive, providing the impact needed to keep them in the contest.

Jackson emphasized that securing a strong start and maintaining consistency throughout the game will be crucial when they face the Hurricanes this Saturday.

When questioned about the injured captain, he says Temo Mayanavanua will be out.
