After their disappointing loss to the Canberra Vikings last night, Fiji Airways Drua captain John Stewart says they will regroup and come back stronger.
It was a reality check for the Drua as they have eight days to recover and prepare for the Greater Sydney Rams next Saturday in Sydney.
Stewart believes their basic errors in the first half has led to a lot of frustration which took their focus away from the entire game.
The Vikings capitalized and ran away with 10 tries, securing the biggest win in NRC’s history.
The Drua are likely to miss prop Kalivati Tawake after being carried off the field after copping a huge hit from Vikings flanker Rob Valetini in the 50th minute.
The Drua are currently sitting in second place with 15 points while the Vikings have taken the lead with 15 points and a bigger points difference.
The Drua will take on Greater Sydney Rams at 4pm next Saturday.
