The Warriors have been eliminated from the NRL Auckland Nines at Eden Park with a pool game to spare.
They were thumped 17‑0 by the Parramatta Eels in their second game following an opening loss to Manly.
Halfback Shaun Johnson sat out the matches with a groin injury.
The Panthers are unbeaten this weekend with wins over the Bulldogs and Sharks, while the Eels produced a brilliant 32‑11 win over St George Illawarra as they look to claim back the Auckland Nines title they were stripped off last year.
Manly won both their games against the Warriors and Dragons.
The Cowboys were just as impressive in their 27‑15 win over the Roosters.
