Warren Gatland has opted for dual open-sides, Jac Morgan and Tommy Reffell, as he named his Wales team to face Argentina in tomorrow’s Rugby World Cup quarter-final in Marseille.

Wales head into the knockout stages fairly settled, having won four from four to top Pool C, and that is reflected in Gatland's team selection for the clash with Los Pumas.

The Wales coach has named the same side that faced Fiji and Australia in Wales' two biggest games so far in France, with the only change to the starting team being injury-enforced.

Much of Gatland's decision-making revolved around the back-row and how to replace Wales' talismanic No. 8 Taulupe Faletau.

Gatland says they are expecting another tough encounter this weekend against a physical Argentina side.

He says they haven’t had the perfect performance yet, but they have shown that they are a hard team to beat.

He adds there is a lot more growth in this squad, collectively and individually, and they can’t wait to get out there in Marseille tomorrow.

Wales will meet Argentina at 3am tomorrow.

In other RWC quarter finals, Ireland will take on the All Blacks at 7am tomorrow, Fiji will face England at 3am Monday and hosts France will play South Africa at 7am Monday.

Wales team to face Argentina:

Liam Williams; Louis Rees-Zammit, George North, Nick Tompkins, Josh Adams; Dan Biggar, Gareth Davies; Gareth Thomas, Ryan Elias, Tomas Francis, Will Rowlands, Adam Beard, Jac Morgan (c), Tommy Reffell, Aaron Wainwright.

Replacements: Dewi Lake, Corey Domachowski, Dillon Lewis, Dafydd Jenkins, Christ Tshiunza, Tomos Williams, Sam Costelow, Rio Dyer.
