Fiji Bati rep, Akuila Uate will be lining up for the Manly Sea Eagles for next year's NRL season after many years with the Newcastle Knights.
Uate had played 161 matches for the Knights after joining the club as a 15‑year‑old, has represented NSW and Australia and became Newcastle's highest try‑scorer in 2014.
However, the NRL has lost two exciting Fijian players Sisa Waqa and Marika Koroibete to rugby union.
Some other big names that will be moving this year include Benji Marshall to the Brisbane Broncos, Kevin Proctor to the Titans, Keiran Foran to the Warriors, Robbie Farah joins the Rabbitohs while James Tamou joins the Panthers.
