Tunisia's World Cup football team has found a way to fight fatigue as they fast for the holy month of Ramadan.

In their friendly matches against Portugal and Turkey the teams goalkeeper appeared to have faked an injury at sundown which is in time to break the fast.

As he lay on the pitch receiving medical treatment, his teammates rushed to the sidelines to drink water and snack on dates.

The team was losing to Portugal 2-1 during this period and after breaking the fast, Tunisia netted a goal six minutes after Hassen's injury break and equalized the scores.
