A horror first 50 minutes from the Newcastle Knights gifted the Gold Coast Titans a 38‑14 win at Cbus Super Stadium this afternoon.
Fundamental handling errors led to three of the Titans' four tries. The performance will result in more questions being asked of coach Nathan Brown.
The match was as good as over at half‑time following a 40‑minute session in which the Knights were their own worst enemies.
The Titans led 22-0 at half time.
