A ground breaking ceremony was held today for the project with a cost of $16 million and it also includes an international standard rugby field, a 15 meter Long Jump pit and a 30 meter training field.

The first phase of construction is estimated to cost around $8 million and is expected to be completed by October while the second phase will be completed around August next year.
