Good news for the people of Namosi as Namosi Eco Retreat has introduced Namosi Eco Sports Development in the interior of the highlands to provide coaching skills to young people.

Founder of Namosi Eco Sports Development Danny Jason says many young people are talented but lack an approach on how to utilize their skills.

Jason says he chose to bring sports development to the village to develop proper skills through the right channel to mold young, skillful children so these kids can one day represent Fiji.

He says sports development training take place every Saturday in Navunikabi ground; catering to all the four districts in the highlands.

Jason says sports development targets children as young as 5-years -old and they are trying to accommodate five sports such as rugby league, rugby union, netball, athletes, and boxing.

The Director says, they are currently building a gym at the Namosi Eco Retreat to facilitate the young stars of Namosi.

He adds the Fiji Pearls will spend three days camping at the Namosi Eco Retreat from tomorrow.
