England coach Wayne Bennett has confirmed that Sam Burgess will not be part of the team for the upcoming Test against New Zealand due to injuries.
Bennett confirmed that Burgess will not travel to the UK despite naming the 29‑year‑old in a 24‑man squad earlier in the week.
England will play three Tests matches against New Zealand in October and November.
