Fiji Warriors winger, Kitione Ratu has been included in the five changes to the starting line-up for Melbourne rising in today’s home opener against the Fiji Airways Drua at Harlequin Park.
Rising head coach Zane Hilton has included Kitione Ratu Rory O’Connor and Emmanuel Latu‑Meafou for their maiden National Rugby Championship start.
Hilton says that they saw last week against Brisbane City that the Fiji Airways Drua have a raw ability to keep possession moving with exciting free‑flowing play and genuine pace but they have been able to complement that with a much‑improved set piece in their scrums and lineouts.
The Fiji Airways Drua will take on Melbourne Rising in the National Rugby Championship at 5pm today.
