A sensational 90‑metre try by Semi Radradra has sealed a 30‑12 victory for the Eels over the Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium.
Radradra took an intercept from a Luke Keary pass to run almost the length of the field to score.
Coach Brad Arthur called the Eels' performance a return to form after two losses to the Rabbitohs and Melbourne last month dented their flickering top‑eight hopes.
Meanwhile, South's coach Maguire said his side were let down by fundamental errors but he wasn't contemplating his side's fading finals chances.
