Improve our health by joining the Fiji Water Flying Fijians team on the cardio challenge to raise funds to support children living with cancer at WOWS Kids Fiji.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka made this statement in a video that was taken from his official residence yesterday.

Rabuka says the challenge for those who wish to take part is to complete 30 kilometres of cardio exercise this week.

He says there are ways to clock up our own 30 kilometres, and we are not limited to how we choose to clock up our challenge.

He adds that we can participate by walking, swimming, rowing or cycling.

The Prime Minister says the challenge is for one week starting from this Tuesday until next Monday.

He is urging all Fijians to join our Flying Fijians team to Walk On and Walk Strong with WOWS Kids Fiji.
