Police have successfully defended their Sukuna Bowl soccer competition title for the seventh time after thrashing Army 6-1.
National and Lautoka district rep Sairusi Nalaubu was the star for the Police side after scoring a hat-trick.
District reps Tevita Waranaivalu, Ratu Anare and Ilisoni Lolaivalu scored a goal each.
Other district representatives in the star-studded police team included Simione Tamanisau, Akuila Mateisuva, and Joela Biuvanua, while the Army side featured Labasa representative Christopher Wasasala.
Meanwhile, the Army vs Police Sukuna Bowl rugby match is at 3pm this Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium.
