Over 20 players fail to turn up for fitness test
More than 20 players who were listed to be part of today's Fiji Warriors and Fiji Barbarians fitness test at the TFL Stadium failed to turn up.

FRU official Semi Rogoyawa said some of the players are with their respective clubs in Labasa to play in the Suva 7's tomorrow.

Former national 7's rep Waqabaca Kotobalavu is with the Navy team in the North which also has Josefa Levula and Nikola Matawalu.

Also national 15's rep Leone Nakarawa and Sireli Ledua who were part of the Fiji team to the Europe Tour did not attend the fitness test.

Rogoyawa said that players like Mosese Volavola, Tikiko Matawalu and Koroi Yavala had informed him that they are tied up with commitment.

Flying Fijian coach Samu Domoni Jnr, Fiji Warriors coach Inoke Male and Barbarians coach Penisoni Uluiviti were all present at the fitness test.

The selectors will name the team to travel to Sydney to play the Waratahs on the 30th of this month after assessing the fitness test today.
