Five weeks out into the Chiefs vs Crusaders match, Chiefs Marketing Manager Cathy Newman and Operations Manager Vanessa Parker are making last checks ahead of the game in May.
They met with the Fiji Rugby Union CEO John O'Connor and Fiji Sports Council CEO Litiana Loabuka to iron out details.
Operations Manager Vanessa Parker says they are satisfied with the state of the ANZ stadium after checks on the facilities and ground inspections.
Parker says they hope to take the event to an all new level of entertainment in Fiji.
Meanwhile Loabuka says spectators are advised to purchase their tickets ahead of time to avoid disappointment on the day.
The match between Chiefs vs Crusaders is on the 19th of next month at the ANZ Stadium.
Tickets can be bought from the Fiji Sports Councils Office, or online on www.ticketdirect.com.fj.
The Chiefs will take on the Cheetahs at 1.05am Sunday while the Crusaders will take on the Sunwolves at 7.35pm Friday.
