Olympics Athletics: Battle of under 10 seconds in 100 metres finals

Jamaican sprinter, Kishane Thompson ran the fastest time of 9.77 seconds in the Olympics men’s 100 metres semi finals followed by Oblique Seville and Noah Lyles with 9.81 seconds.

The 100 metres final start at 7.50am and will be a tough battle as all 8 men ran under 10 seconds.

The lineup for the finals are made up of Akani Simbine of South Africa, Letsile Tombogo of Botswana, Marcell Jacobs of Italy, Fred Kerley, Noah Lyles, Kenneth Bednarek, for the US with Kishane Thompson and Oblique Seville of Jamaica.
