England 7s flyer Dan Norton is one try away from equalling Argentina 7's coach Santiago Gomez Cora’s trying scoring record in the World 7s series.
Norton has 229 tries while Cora has 230 tries and it is highly likely Norton will equal or break that record this weekend.
For the Sydney 7s England is in Pool A with South Africa, Kenya and Japan.
Meanwhile Kenya’s Collins Injera who is still playing in the series leads the try scoring charts with 237 tries.
