Canterbury have continued to dominate New Zealand’s domestic rugby by claiming their ninth NPC rugby Premiership title in 10 years following their 35‑13 win over the Tasman Makos in Christchurch.
Tasman opened the scoring and found themselves with a 10‑nil lead early in the first half but after that it was one way traffic to the hosts.
Richie Mo'unga scored two tries, kicked three conversions and landed three penalties to ensure Canterbury secured it's third straight title.
