Edinburgh have announced that back‑row Viliame Mata has committed to the club for at least the next two years.
The 26‑year‑old back‑row, who can also operate in the second‑row, joined Edinburgh in July 2016 and has gone on to make 24 appearances for the club.
Mata says he is really pleased to re‑sign with Edinburgh.
He says his family has settled in the city and he is really enjoying playing rugby for Edinburgh.
