England’s goalkeeper Mary Earps has bagged the Golden Gloves award after her impressive performance throughout the FIFA Women’s World Cup tournament.

Earps had done everything in her power to bring the World Cup trophy home which included saving Jenni Hermoso's penalty in the final, however it was not enough.

The 30-year-old has had a remarkable international career from being an outcast and on the brink of retirement, to emerging as one of the most globally recognised goalkeepers in women's football.

England lost 1-0 to Spain in the final.
