Chelsea has won the UEFA Champions League for the first time since 2012 after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the final.
Kai Havertz scored the goal for Chelsea just before half time.
Manchester City is the reigning English Premier League Champion while Chelsea had finished the League at 4th position.
