Former World Heavyweight Boxing champion Lennox Lewis claims he's willing to fight Mike Tyson again for $US147M.
The two world champions fought just once with Lewis claiming an eighth round knockout in 2002.
Tyson was on the comeback trail after serving time in prison and Lewis retired one fight later after the lanky Brit beat Vitali Klitschko the following year.
Lewis is now 53, one year older than Tyson who retired in 2005.
Lewis says a lucrative payday could tempt him into a rematch.
