The Lautoka Soccer team made a good start in the Vodafone Premier League after beating Labasa 2-0 in their opening match at Subrail Park.
Dave Radrigai scored the first goal for the Lautoka side in the 16th minute of the first half followed by Samuela Drudru in the 9th minute of the second half.
Lautoka team captain Ilaitia Tuilau says they played really well despite the rainy weather.
Labasa captain Akuila Mataisuva says that luck was not with them today.
Lautoka will face Dreketi at Subrail Park at 3pm today.
In other matches today, Rewa will host Nadi at 3pm while defending champion Ba will play Suva at the ANZ Stadium at 3pm.
