Lautoka is in unchartered territory after advancing to their maiden OFC Champions League final.

Lautoka had previously never made it beyond the group stage, having last competed at regional level seven years ago.

Praneel Naidu bagged the winning goal in last week's semi final second leg in Honiara to edge Marist FC 2‑1 on aggregate and set up a grand final showdown against Team Wellington.

Team Wellington finished runners‑up in each of the past three Champions League campaigns but will be full of confidence after eliminating domestic rivals and seven‑ time defending champions Auckland City in the semi finals.

The first leg is in Wellington next Sunday and the return match at Churchill Park on the 20th of this month.
