Marika Koroibete has been handed his first Wallaby test start.
Koroibete has been picked over Henry Speight for the number 14 jersey.
Coach Michael Cheika believes Koroibete is ready for a chance to show what he is capable of after an impressive debut off the bench against Argentina.
Tevita Kuridrani will also start at outside centre while Speight and Samu Kerevi have been listed on the bench.
South Africa will meet Australia at 3.05am while Argentina will take on the All Blacks at 10.40am Sunday.
