Fijian born Wallabies winger Marika Koroibete has retired from international rugby.

Oceania Sports Management stated that Koroibete is closing the chapter on a remarkable representative career that has seen him become one of the most respected and dynamic players in the world game.

They say that after representing Australia in 63 Tests since 2017, Koroibete has confirmed he will not return to the international arena, although he will continue his professional playing career in club rugby in the years ahead.

Koroibete has played 63 Tests, scored 20 tries, featured in two Rugby World Cups, and won two John Eales Medals.

Koroibete also stated that he has given everything he has to the gold jersey, and it has been the greatest honour of his life to represent Australia.
