The Highlanders have welcomed back two of six suspended players to face the Chiefs on Saturday.

Patelesio Tomkinson will start at centre for Tony Brown's side, while Josh Ioane will come off the bench, after missing the 33-12 win over the Crusaders last weekend for disciplinary reasons.

Aaron Smith and Ash Dixon will co-captain the side while Jona Nareki will be on the wing.

The Highlanders will face the Chiefs at 7.05pm Saturday while the Hurricanes will take on the Crusaders at 3.35pm Sunday.
