Manchester United defender Phil Jones has pulled out of the England squad to face Germany and Lithuania after picking up an injury in training.
The English Football Association did not say what the injury was.
Manager Gareth Southgate has no plans to call up a replacement, but will assess his options after tomorrow's friendly in Germany.
Meanwhile, Manchester United will take on West Brom in the English Premier League at 2am on the 2nd of next month.
