South Africa are using the All Blacks' historic defeat to Ireland as inspiration for their clash with England this weekend.
Springboks forwards coach Matt Proudfoot praised Ireland for executing a 'sound plan' to beat the All Blacks for the first time ever, thanks to a 40‑29 victory last weekend.
Proudfoot says that watching Ireland conquer the All Blacks has proved that international teams can beat anyone with the right intensity.
He says that if you turn up with the sort of intensity that Ireland had, than yes, anybody can be beaten.
Meanwhile, the Springboks were nearly embarrassed by the Barbarians last weekend where they made two late tries to snatch a 31-all draw.
Springboks play England at 3.30am this Sunday.
