Ireland edges Flying Fijians

The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians have lost to Ireland 23-20 in their second November tour test match this morning at the Aviva Stadium.

Henry Seniloli and Timoci Nagusa claimed tries for Fiji, with Ben Volavola slotting 10 points from the tee.

Fiji lock Leone Nakarawa was frustrated after the slender defeat.

Nakarawa says that it was a disappointing game for them.

The 29‑year‑old says that they did not  play to their strengths and to they did not play to their  system and that has resulted in the disappointing loss.

Scottish Centre Stuart McCloskey admits Ireland still have plenty to work on, despite claiming the narrow win over Fiji.

In other test matches, New Zealand defeated Scotland 22-17, while  England defeated Australia 30-6.

Meanwhile France are currently playing South Africa, points are locked at  nil-all, the match is into the first half.
