The All Blacks record breaking winning run is over after being beaten by Ireland 40-29 for the first time in history.
Ireland produced a stunning display to record a first ever win over New Zealand at the 29th attempt and end the All Blacks' run of 18 straight wins.
Tries from Jordi Murphy, CJ Stander and Conor Murray helped the Irish to a 25‑8 half‑time lead then Simon Zebo scored his side's fourth try in the corner.
The All Blacks fought back to move to within four points but Robbie Henshaw's late try ensured the victory.
TJ Perenara, Ben Smith and Scott Barrett added to George Mola's first‑half try for the New Zealanders but despite some sustained late pressure they fell short for the first time in their past 19 encounters with top‑tier nations.
Ireland captain Rory Best says they put in so much work over the last couple of weeks and this win has been a long time coming.
The All Blacks will meet Ireland in another Test match in Dublin in two weeks' time.
Final score: Ireland 40 and All Blacks 29.
Meanwhile, Australia beat Wales 32‑8, Argentina demolished Japan 54-20 and the Barbarians had a 31‑31 draw with South Africa.
Congratulations to @IrishRugby for a great victory! See you in Dublin in two weeks.#NZLvIRE #TeamAllBlacks pic.twitter.com/weMxkjEyVp
