With 2019 to be the biggest year of his career, All Blacks and Blues winger Rieko Ioane is keeping his feet firmly on the ground.
Likely to take the number 11 jersey for the All Blacks as they bid for a third straight Rugby World Cup title in Japan later this year, 21‑year old Ioane will also find himself as a key figure in the Blues' Super Rugby campaign, as the Auckland side aim for a first title since 2003.
Ioane will first be in action when Super Rugby kicks off next Saturday, as the Blues host the Crusaders at 6.35pm at Eden Park.
