Tyson Fury came out of the woodwork today to let WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder that he’s coming for him, and he’s going to be looking to “obliterate” him when they do face each other.
Fury, the former IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion, has been out of action for 2 years with his problems.
After all this time, Fury has suddenly gotten motivated, acting as if he’s woken from a 2‑year slumber.
Fury wants to get his boxing license back with the UK Anti‑Doping committee and British Boxing Board of Control and resume his career.
Meanwhile, Deontay Wilder will take on Bermane Stiverne on Sunday in a rematch on Showtime Championship Boxing at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
The program is expected to start at 2pm Sunday.
