The Vodafone Fiji Soccer team Coach Christophe Gamel says he is expecting a tough match against Singapore tomorrow at 11.30pm.
In an interview after the first training session since the team’s arrival in Singapore, Gamel says the first training session was catastrophic. He says players were totally out of mind and he feels that this is a result of the long travel which has caused a lot of tiredness amongst players.
The National Coach says the team needs to work on consistency and mental preparation for the match that is ahead of us.
Fiji drew 1-1 with the Solomon Islands in their international friendly match last Wednesday.
The Vodafone Fiji Soccer Team will take on Singapore at 11.30pm tomorrow.
The Fiji Soccer team is ranked 165th while Singapore is ranked 169th on the FIFA men’s ranking.
