Hughie Fury's availability for his WBO world title challenge against Kiwi Joseph Parker is in risk following the confirmation of his hearing date for a banned substance.
Fury and his heavyweight cousin Tyson allegedly failed the drug test for banned substance two years ago.
Their hearing date has been set for mid April.
Meanwhile Parker's promoter David Higgins says he is aware of the issue however he says that should Fury be ruled out, then 25‑year‑old Parker would fight someone else.
Higgins says that there are a lot of options, but at this point Hughie Fury is the mandatory opponent.
