Former six-weight world boxing champion Oscar De La Hoya has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2017.
De La Hoya faces complaints about sexual assault, gender violence, negligence and the infliction of extreme emotional distress.
The woman behind the allegations was 29 at the time and was in a "consensual sexual relationship" with De La Hoya.
De La Hoya's spokesman said the allegations were "completely false".
The complaint has been made to a civil court and the unnamed woman is seeking damages from De La Hoya.
