Former National and Nadroga team defender Jese Morgan passed away in his village Nayawa, Sigatoka yesterday.
Morgan was known for his height and scored numerous goals from set pieces.
The Fiji Football Association says Morgan came from a rugby family but opted to play soccer.
He was at his peak in the mid 90’s when he represented the National team from 1992-1995.
He started his career as a defender but ended as a striker.
