The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians are into their final preparation mode as they aim to start well in the opening Rugby World Cup pool match against the Wallabies next Saturday.

Speaking from Akita in Japan, Coach John McKee says they are working hard for their first match against a very strong Australian side.

McKee says they will bank on their speed and open style of rugby.

Fiji will take on the Wallabies at 4.45pm next Saturday.

The Rugby World Cup kicks off next Friday as Japan takes on Russia at 10.45pm.
