The Fiji Pearls will be looking to finish in the top two at the Vodafone Oceania World Cup Qualifiers to secure their spot at next year’s Netball World Cup in Cape Town.

The Vodafone Oceania World Cup Qualifiers will start at the Vodafone Arena tomorrow with the Fiji Pearls playing Tonga Tala, Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea Pepes and Samoa.

Fiji Netball CEO and competition Events Manager, Vivian Koster says Fiji is lucky to be selected to host the event which could possibly have the smallest group playing for the qualification.

She adds Fiji is currently placed 15th in the World standings, however, the new standings will come out at the end of this month.

She says the top 5 world ranked teams and the host automatically qualify.

The Fiji Pearls will take on PNG Pepes at 5.30pm tomorrow while Samoa will face Tonga Tala at 7.30pm.

Tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under.

Tickets are available at the gated from 4pm.
