The Fiji Airways Drua has been working on their set pieces ahead of their semifinal clash against Queensland Country this Sunday.
Coach Senirusi Seruvakula believes the forwards will want to prove themselves after struggling with their scrum in a number of games including their last match against Queensland Country.
The return of prop Kalivati Tawake has boosted the forward pack.
Seruvakula believes that Tawake will provide more stability in the front row while veteran prop Vesi Rarawa also adds a spark in the forward pack after making his debut against the Sydney Rays last week.
Without regular front rows, Seruvakula believes Tawake, Rarawa, Eroni Mawi, Samu Newa, Mosese Gavidi, Semi Keli and Osea Naganilau will step up to compete for a starting spot.
The Drua will travel to Australia tomorrow where they will take on Queensland Country at 5pm Sunday while the Canberra Vikings host Perth Spirit at 9pm Saturday in the first semifinal.
