While the Dubai 7s will be just another tournament for some Vodafone Fiji 7s players, it will be a memorable one for Setareki Bituniyata who dedicated his rugby achievements to his late parents.
Bituniyata who hails from Toga village in Nadroga is the second eldest in his family.
The 21-year-old believes that the passing away of his parents has been a source of motivation towards his training and achieving his dream of wearing the national jumper.
Bituniyata went to Sigatoka District School and Lelean Memorial School before joining Cuvu College.
Meanwhile coach Nacanieli Cawanibuka says that Bituniyata has been one of the hard working forwards in the team.
The team leaves at 4pm today.
Fiji will play their first game against Canada at 7.52pm next Friday and they will face Wales at 11.47pm.
They will play their final pool match against Argentina at 4.48am next Saturday.
The Cup quarters start at 8pm next Saturday, the Cup semis start at 1.41am next Sunday while the Final kicks off at 4.33am Sunday.
