Destiny is in our hands and we have to keep winning.
These were the words of Swire Shipping Fijian Drua coach Mick Byrne as they prepare to host the Reds in Round 13 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific at home this Saturday.
He says they need to win their next three games.
Byrne says they have to be careful as last year they had a couple of slip ups and had to force their way into the top eight, whereas now they are at eighth and it is totally in their control.
The Drua need to win to remain in the top eight while the Reds must win to remain in the hunt for a top-four finish in the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition and a home final.
Byrne says they need to get very physical around their breakdown, look after the ball, and move the Reds pack around the field.
The Reds side has former Ratu Kadavulevu School students Peni Ravai and Serupepeli Uru with former Lelean Memorial School student Suliasi Vunivalu on the wing.
The Drua play the Reds at 2.05pm Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium.
In other games, the Hurricanes will take on Moana Pasifika at 7.05pm tomorrow, the Rebels will host the Chiefs at 9.35pm tomorrow, the Brumbies will play the Crusaders at 4.35pm Saturday, the Blues will battle the Highlanders at 7.05pm Saturday and the Force host the Waratahs at 9.35pm Saturday.
