The former Chiefs coach Dave Rennie has admitted he is keen to coach at international level after being touted as a possible successor to Warren Gatland with Wales.
New Zealand media recently reported that Rennie is one of three New Zealanders along with Wayne Pivac and Chris Boyd the Welsh Rugby Union is interested in as candidates to take over from Warren Gatland after the 2019 world cup.
Rennie guided the Chiefs to two Super rugby titles.
Rennie is said to be the front‑runner for the role but only assumed command at Glasgow Warriors a few months ago and has told Wales Online he hasn't had talks with the Welsh union.
However, he is keen to coach at test level.
