Fiji born Filipo Duagunu scored two tries last night to help his Australian side defeat Wales 36-28 and handing them their ninth successive international defeat.

Wallaby scrum-half Jake Gordon scored a try to extend the Wallaby's points while prop Allan Alaalatoa scored another try for the home team.

Ben Donaldson scored another try for the Wallabies to make things harder for the Wales team.

The Wallabies led 23 -14 at halftime.

Wales responded with two tries from inspirational captain Dewi Lake, while wings Liam Williams and Rio Dyer also crossed the line.

Warren Gatland's side rallied from a sluggish start as they slipped to a 17-0 deficit inside 25 minutes, but left themselves with too much work to do.

Lake has been the Wales success story of this tour with his tries coming from rolling mauls, which have proved the tourists' most potent attacking threat.

They have also slipped to 11th in the world rankings, their lowest-ever position.

In other tests, the All Blacks beat England 24-17, Ireland edged South Africa 25-24, while Georgia beat Japan 25-23.
