Melbourne Storm skipper Cameron Smith is officially the most successful player in NRL history.
The Storm’s victory over the Panthers on Saturday was Smith’s 238th career win which saw him overtake Brisbane Broncos legend Darren Lockyer on the all‑time list.
Smith says while the number sits next to his name, he could not have done it without his teammates and coach Craig Bellamy.
The Storm will play the Sharks at 5pm Sunday in the NRL.
