Kyle Brown, Rosko Specman and Selvyn Davids, are three key players who will not be travelling with the South African 7's team to London and the Paris 7's due to injuries they picked up in the Singapore 7's.
BlitzBokke captain, Philip Snyman as well as leading try‑scorer, Seabelo Senatla, have been recalled to the Springbok Sevens squad by coach Neil Powell for the London Sevens next weekend.
The inclusion of Snyman and Senatla are among five changes to the team that finished fourth in Singapore last month.
Also returning to the BlitzBokke are Branco du Preez, Justin Geduld and Ruhan Nel, who also missed the last trip to the East.
Meanwhile the Fiji 7s team is pooled with New Zealand, Scotland and Argentina in Pool A.
The London 7s will be held next Saturday to Monday.
Fiji’s first game will be against Argentina at 10.30pm next Saturday and their second game will be against Scotland at 2.26am next Sunday.
Fiji’s final pool match will be against New Zealand 4.32am next Sunday.
