The Australian Government has confirmed Brisbane will host the biggest boxing match in Australia's history between local fighter Jeff Horn and world champion Manny Pacquiao.
The announcement from organisers Duco Events, the State Government, and Brisbane City Council ends months of speculation about the bout.
Speaking at the announcement, Horn said the confirmation of the fight against the legendary Pacquaio was more than a dream come true.
The highly‑anticipated blockbuster world title bout would take place on July 2 at Lang Park.
