Ba defeats Tavua 2-1 in final Extra Premier League clash

Ba, who has been declared champions, is ending the Extra Premier League season on a high after defeating Tavua 2-1 in their final match at Garvey Park in Tavua.

Ba took control early in the match with goals from Etonia Dogalau and Vilitati Kautoga, heading into half-time with a 2–1 lead.

Despite Tavua’s efforts to equalise in the second half, Ba’s defence held firm.

Meanwhile, Labasa thrashed Nadroga 5-2 at Subrail Park in Labasa.

In tomorrow’s matches, Rewa will face Nasinu at Ratu Cakobau Park, Navua will be up against Nadi at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour, while Lautoka will host Suva at Churchill Park.

All the matches will be start at 1pm.
